My name is Ashlee Foster - Whether this is your first time through, or you've been listening for years, I am so thankful you're here. I have been singing my entire life and writing poems and songs for the last 17+ years. I started writing songs on piano, but eventually picked up a guitar in college and taught myself enough to be able to accompany my songs and never looked back. I don't pretend to be a fancy musician, but I do love music; it is my therapy, my worship, and it is my heart and soul. Music is meant to be shared, so thank you for being here.

Behind the Scenes"Where I'm Standing" comes from a deep and profound place of gratitude as well as so many other emotions - grief, loss, excitement, joy, pain... They say the only constant is change; when we are faced with those changes, we have a choice to make. We can focus on what's lacking and what we've lost, or we can thank God for the here and now and whatever lies ahead. I pray we can all choose the latter, even when it feels impossible. Xoxo |
